The rotary airlock valve in the picture is specially developed and designed by TECLION for dense phase pneumatic conveying conditions. The conventional rotary airlock valve can only lock the air in a working environment with a pressure difference not exceeding 1.5 barg, and can only be used for normal operation of dilute phase pneumatic conveying.

The photo shows the anti shear structure design of the rotary valve at the inlet, and there is also a unique anti material shear structure at the outlet of the rotary valve.TECLION's unique anti shear structure greatly reduces the probability of blockage caused by material accumulation at the discharge outlet, greatly reducing the crushing rate of granular materials.
