4.1 Production arrangements
4.1.1 The production and operation department prepares the [Production plan] and [Production schedule] to notify the workshop based on product inventory and sales conditions, combined with the production capacity of the workshop, and the production workshop arranges production according to the [Production Schedule].
4.2 Control of production and service provision
4.2.1 The process department provides production planning according to product characteristics, requirements and the actual situation of the company, determines the process flow, key and special processes, process control points, quality inspection points, etc., and forms a production process flow chart.
4.2.2 According to the arrangement of product realization planning and the actual situation of production, the R&D Technology Department and the Production and Operation Department shall promptly issue lathe operating procedures, milling machine operating procedures, drilling machine operating procedures, equipment management systems, product drawings, inspection specifications and other documents.The production workshop can also take the initiative to make issuance requirements as needed.
4.2.3 In order to ensure product compliance and enable production and service to be carried
out under controlled conditions, the production workshop shall use the equipment required
for production and service provision with appropriate capabilities, including tooling, molds,
service facilities, etc.；
4.2.4 In order to implement the control of temperature, time, pressure, speed and other parameters involved in the production and supply process, the company shall configure appropriate monitoring and measuring equipment for monitoring and measurement. The control of monitoring and measuring equipment shall be carried out in accordance with [Monitoring and measuring equipment control procedures], the monitoring and measurement
of products shall be carried out in accordance with [Process and product monitoring and Measurement control procedures], and the monitoring and measurement of the environment shall be carried out in accordance with [Environmental Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedures], [Occupational Health and Safety Performance Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedures].
4.2.5 Testing and product release shall be carried out in accordance with the prescribed product acceptance criteria, and delivery and post-delivery activities shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the contract (or agreement) signed with the customer.
4.3 Confirmation of the production and service delivery process
4.3.1 The production and supply process of the company's products mainly includes turning, milling, drilling, welding, and assembly as the key processes, mainly controlling the type and quantity of materials; welding is the process that needs to be confirmed.
4.3.2 The key processes and the processes to be confirmed shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the operation instructions and process documents and records shall be formed.
4.3.3 The process capabilities of production equipment and molds are generally measured by the quality of the products produced. If the products meet the specified use requirements or known expected requirements after inspection, it indicates that the process capabilities of the production equipment and molds are recognized, otherwise the necessary adjustments will be made until they are qualified.
4.3.4 Train turning, milling, drilling, welding, assembly, workshop inspectors, etc. in accordance with the requirements of [Human resource control procedures], and hold a certificate to take up the post after passing the assessment, and continue to train in future work to strengthen work skills.
4.3.5 When the equipment and operating methods involved in the process to be confirmed are changed, or the process is significantly changed, the product is serious, the system quality problems, the production environment is changed, and the production site is changed, etc.,the process to be confirmed may be changed or cannot be well controlled. The R&D and Technology Department will reconfirm the production process in conjunction with the
production and operation department and the workshop.
4.3.6 Records of the confirmation and reconfirmation results of the process shall be kept.
